Project Overview: The Brown family contacted HaminHomes to completely renovate their outdated and dysfunctional kitchen. The kitchen had the original 1980s appliances, cabinets, and countertops, making the space feel dark, cramped, and outdated. The Brown's wanted to transform the kitchen into a bright, modern hub for cooking and entertaining.

Scope of Work:

Demolish and remove all existing cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and flooring

Reconfigure the kitchen layout to improve workflow and create an open concept to the dining area

Install new custom shaker-style wood cabinets with soft-close drawers and pullouts

Top the cabinets with quartz countertops in a light, neutral color

Replace the old appliances with a full suite of high-end stainless steel models

Lay new wide-plank hardwood floors to match the adjacent dining room

Add modern pendant lighting over the island and under-cabinet task lighting

Incorporate a built-in coffee station and wine fridge for added functionality

Timeline: The kitchen restoration took 6 weeks to complete. The Brown family was able to use a temporary kitchen setup in their garage during the main construction period.

Results: The newly renovated kitchen is now a beautiful, functional space that the Brown family loves spending time in.
